Mirline (Hygienist) I’ve seen a lot of hygienists over the years, but Mirline is on a completely different level. She is insanely detailed with my cleanings; so much so that I always flinch a little, not from pain, but because I can feel how serious she is about taking care of every part of my oral health. She doesn’t rush, she explains what she’s doing and why, and you can tell she actually cares about the long-term health of your teeth and gums, not just getting you in and out of the chair. What really sets her apart is how she combines thoroughness with comfort. She checks in often, makes sure I’m okay, and somehow balances being gentle while still getting every spot perfectly clean. I walk out feeling like my mouth is literally brand new every single visit. If you’re picky about your dental cleanings or haven’t found “YOUR” hygienist yet, do yourself a favor and book with Mirline. Nani (Front Desk) The first person you see when you walk in can make or break the whole visit, and Nani at the front desk absolutely makes it. She has this glowing smile that hits you as soon as you walk through the door, and you can tell she genuinely loves making people’s day with even the smallest interaction. Whether she’s greeting you in English or Spanish, she’s warm, welcoming, and makes you feel like you’re not just another patient on the schedule. She’s super helpful with appointments, insurance questions, and any little detail you might be confused about. I’ve watched her calm nervous patients, crack a quick joke to lighten the mood, and make things feel easy even when paperwork and scheduling could be stressful. It’s rare to find someone at the front desk who brings this kind of energy every day, but Nani does... and it really sets the tone for the whole office. Lareina (Office Manager) I have a lot of respect for how this office runs, and a big part of that is because of Lareina, the office manager. Today I literally watched her answering three phones at once, handling questions from insurance, coordinating schedules, and still managing to keep a smile on her face the whole time. You can see she’s working double-time behind the scenes to keep everything flowing smoothly. So if you ever don’t get your call answered right away, trust me... it’s not because they don’t care. It’s because they’re juggling a ton to make sure everyone is taken care of. Lareina is the type of manager who doesn’t just sit in an office; she’s in the middle of everything, helping her team, jumping in at the front, supporting patients, and keeping the vibe positive even when it’s clearly a busy day. You can tell she takes pride in the office, and that kind of leadership is exactly why this place runs as well as it does.

My first visit to Modern Dentistry in Kissimmee was such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office was also extremely clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which made me feel confident that I was in great hands. Thank you, Dr. Patel, for being so kind and taking the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan. Deysi was so gentle and sweet while taking my X-rays, which I truly appreciated. Mirline did an amazing job with my cleaning and was so kind and caring throughout the process.
